CHARGES: Aggravated Battery by Disfiguring, two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm from a Motor Vehicle, and Possession of a Firearm/Knife During the Commission of a Crime Against a Person. These charges stem from a drive-by shooting that occurred on December 29, 2009 between 1:45 a.m. and 2:15 a.m. on Old Norcross Road in Duluth. Park shot at six people walking down Old Norcross Road, striking three of the six causing serious injuries. Parks is also wanted in connection with a warrant issued by the Lawrenceville Probation Office on May 21, 2010 for Violation of Probation on a previous Possession of Marijuana conviction.
TIPS: Park is to be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. He was last seen in a Black Infinity G35 traveling away from the scene of the shooting.

CHARGES: Topchivefs did commit the offense of Aggravated Assault at 1269 Charter Club Drive in Lawrenceville when he assaulted a person with the intent to murder him by striking the victim in the head several times with a lamp post on May 31, 2005. Topchivefs was arrested on the charge of Aggravated Assault, but on February 28, 2006 a Bench Warrant was issued for Topchivefs for failing to appear for arraignment.
TIPS: Topchivefs should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached by anyone other than law enforcement. He is known to frequent locations that sell alcoholic beverages in the Atlanta area as well as Lawrenceville.

CHARGES: Torres is wanted for a robbery that occurred on August 13, 2010 between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at 4450 Highway 29, Lilburn, Georgia. She pushed a 70-year-old woman to the ground and took $3,000 from her. In addition Torres was charged with the offense of Aggravated Battery after the woman suffered two fractured ribs and bruising to her upper body. The case is being worked by the Lilburn Police Department in conjunction with the Gwinnett Sheriff’s Department Fugitive Unit.
TIPS: Leidi Torres has not been seen since leaving the scene of the crime. She frequents the Jimmy Carter Blvd. Norcross area, and the Lilburn and Clayton County areas. She is a Republic of Colombia citizen.
